The weekend here in Portland was absolutely gorgeous! The weather was perfect and there was no rain. We went down to the farmers market on Saturday and it was SO much fun as I really love organic local food. The produce was all absolutely beautiful. The leaves are still the most brilliant shades of orange and red and they had a wonderful instrumental band play that Tae just really enjoyed. Today we went and explored Lake Oswego and how absolutely beautiful. We went to the Science of Mind church here and the guitarist that was playing was saying how Obamas win is giving much hope and joy to even the Indians and Pakistanis he works with overseas and who would have thought that we would live to see a black president in our lifetime but of course...EVERYTHING is possible. It was a great reminder and I am thoroughly enjoying and appreciating life daily in the moment as I have never done before. To consistently be in bliss...is it boring? NO WAY! As Beckwith spoke about...you will begin to experience and unfoldment of life and levels of experience you never knew existed. I have struggled with rage and my temper for years. I got it from my father of course! ;-) But I have learned to take 100% response-ability for my life and i am happy to say that i have become master of the rage that would enter into me and spew forth from my mouth like what felt to be a demon. (sorry to sound freakish, but this is how the intensity was!) And so I am a miracle. And I am constantly grateful, knowing that everything is as it should be. forever expanding and growing. All is well in my life.
