I've always liked California. I notice the people I meet here are happier than in Colorado (strictly a Denver to LA comparison really). Now I see why. The weather is perfect (on the beach where I am at least). We have an ocean view from the 12th floor of a "Luxury High Rise" (so it says on the main doors).The building complex ammendities are amazing. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub, 2 movie rooms, 5 lush entertaining rooms (indoors and out), 2 conference rooms for people who work from home and have clients visit. We are also close to the library for Tae and his insationable need for children's books, a movie threather, the Aquarium, a Borders book store (like "Chapters" in Canada) as well as a 24 hour fitness.
I have a weather widget on my desktop that reminds me how good I am having it right now due to Susan's home business. I have the weather in Long Beach, and the weather in Nova Scotia. Here is today at 9am PST (1pm AST) in Celsius. For Americans, that works out to 75F compared to 59F. Pretty sweet.
