So its been an interesting few months in regards to my cooking. When we first moved to the mountains of Colorado, I had my dehydrator and vita mix and my raw cookbooks and was able to try a whole bunch of interesting recipes. Now that we're in CA, I opted not to drag all my stuff out here for the sake of traveling light. Ever since we've been spending time with my Korean dad, I've been making Korean dinners for his sake. He loves Korean food and doesn't get much of it homemade due to my mom having passed away.
Eating Korean has been great for me because we might have rice every 2 weeks feeding just Keith and I, but we've been having it every night for my dad and I think its great for Tae (brown rice that is) as well as all the vegetables that come with Korean cooking. Anyways, the point of all this being...I'm really grateful to be able to just cook for my dad since he's spent the last 2 years alone and not being able to be close to him because of Keiths JOB.
