The Most Awesome Tenant!

Wow...it worked! I had a ton of showings, and out of all the showings I had, some wanted it, some didn't, but only one came with a briefcase with all her information...credit report, income verification, references, everything! I've never since this day ever had someone that prepared. I called her landlord and her references were EXCELLENT! She even had the entire deposit AND rent beginning the middle of this month! I even went to see her place and it was VERY clean. AND, it was the best rent that I could get for that area outside government assisted housing. Now that this is wrapping up, I'll be using the same thoughtful process for the rental coming up at the end of this month.
